Dr. Dahlmann-Noor’s Thoughts on Joining Myopia Focus

Commenting on the news, Dr. Dahlmann-Noor said:

"I am delighted to join the Myopia Focus Advisory Board to increase awareness, provide information to children, young people and adults, and to move the myopia agenda forward."

I couldn’t agree more. At Myopia Focus, we exist to educate parents about childhood myopia—what it is, why it matters, and the long-term risks of uncontrolled myopia. We also inform them about available treatments and connect them with trusted specialists who can support their child’s myopia management journey.

Dr. Dahlmann-Noor’s expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that parents have access to accurate, evidence-based information and that we continue to advocate for greater awareness and action on myopia as a public health issue.
